Power Flow

Powerful, more challenging and energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.

Restorative

45 minutes of stretching and poses to help restore your body.

Hatha

New to yoga? Try this slower paced class focusing on poses, strength and endurance.

Vinyasa

Slightly harder, vinyasa yoga focuses on moving from one pose to another with your breath.
