At Dawn patrol we offer a all inclusive experience with alternating days throughout the week with a variety of yoga and calisthenic workout classes. Brandon Elderkin ,the owner of Dawn Patrol, specializes in working with injuries and can adapt any class for you. Our signature “Dawn Patrol” class is a 30 minute yoga class that leaves you feeling refreshed and with plenty of time to surf and/or head off to work. New to yoga? Try Hatha, a slower paced class focusing on poses, strength, and endurance. Looking for something more advanced? Vinyasa yoga focuses on moving from one pose to another with your breath.
