Hello everyone, this weeks updates include

1. Shivani will be hosting a Ayurveda seminar at the studio Saturday the 21st from 1-3pm if you would like to join please call   714-698-9774. The seminar will be $35 and you can see more info about it on our Instagram.
2. Bring a friend! – If you bring a friend and get them to sign up you will receive 25% off your next package or email/call to redeem for you next membership auto renewal.
