Family Friday

Hello everyone, we would like to invite you to bring a friend or family member every Friday to class. Please remember to email or call us ahead of time to confirm their spot. Once confirmed, show up 5-10 minutes early so they can sign a waiver and you are good to go. We look forward to meeting all the new people our members bring in!
