Vinyasa Flow – All Levels

This 45 minute class is for the more advanced yoga enthusiast but can be modified for anyone. Vinyasa yoga focuses on moving from one pose to another matching your inhales and exhales, “breath to movement.”

Foundations Yoga – Level 1

This 45 minute class slows things down a bit for those wanting to focus more on basic poses for longer periods of time to really learn the fundamentals of yoga.

Corporate Yoga

Corporate yoga is a unique way that, when schedules are tight, you can still put your employees first and allow them time to collect their thoughts, decompress and focus on their mental and physical health.
Yoga classes are an innovative way to lower healthcare costs and alleviate workplace stress. Our professional instructors will come to your office at a scheduled time and deliver a top notch yoga experience focusing on breath, flexibility, strength and postures. 55+

This 45 minute class is for the 55+ crowd, with no boundaries on what the teacher can explore, these classes can focus on a variety of types of yoga, mobility, movement and strength. Our instructors for this class are experts at adapting yoga to fit your needs.

Restorative Yoga

In restorative yoga, you find ease and release by holding passive poses, using props, and focusing on your breath. This class will calm your mind and body, cultivating relief in your muscles and joints.

Ashtanga

A more rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures and is similar to vinyasa yoga, as each style links every movement to a breath. The difference is that Ashtanga always performs the exact same poses in the exact same order.

Power Flow

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, more challenging and energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.
